Digital Products — the Finish-It Guarantee

Everything in this store is a digital download, delivered instantly — so all sales are final and nothing ships. What we promise instead: if a pattern has an error, if a file won’t open, or if the instructions genuinely leave you stuck — email hello@thepatternhub.com and a real maker will fix the file and walk you through it personally. No forms, no time limit, no arguing.

Pattern License

Every purchase includes a personal & small-batch commercial license:

• You can make unlimited finished items for yourself and as gifts.
• You can sell handmade finished items at markets, fairs, and online shops.
• You can’t resell, share, translate, or redistribute the pattern files themselves, in whole or in part.
• You can’t use the patterns for mass/factory production.

Delivery

Patterns are delivered instantly: a download button on the confirmation page plus an email with the same links. Lost the email? Write to us with your order number (or just the email you used) and we’ll resend your files — forever. Buying a pattern here means never losing it.

Privacy

We collect only what checkout requires (email and payment, processed by Stripe — card details never touch our servers) and use it to deliver your files and, if you opt in, send the maker newsletter. We never sell personal data. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
